從小養貓、畫貓，當失去創作力時，便無意識地塗鴉，不知不覺繪畫出「貓」的臉。對她來說，貓的舒坦與鬆弛的睡態是心底企望。此後，「貓臉」、「貓女」在創作中頻繁出現。「修行貓系列」從一開始是繪畫的圖像，經過多年的創作，慢慢轉變成立體造型，以打坐的女體、貓的頭為主要符號，雙手合掌的地方開出一朵蓮花，在無常多悲的生命裡追求靈性的昇華之美。

貓有九條命，經過九死的劫難後，在無邊無盡的生命裡不斷修行，在女性的堅毅與柔和之間尋求平衡。除了陶藝創作外﹐同時以人文研究的專長﹐從事臺灣陶瓷史、傳統陶技藝研究，並且致力於推廣臺灣陶文化以及柴燒陶藝﹐希望能讓更多人認識本土的柴燒陶藝之美。

The "Zen Cat Series" initially started as images on paper, but over the years, it gradually transformed into three-dimensional sculptures. They feature a female figure meditating with a cat's head as the main symbol. Where their hands are folded in prayer, a lotus flower blooms, representing the pursuit of spiritual transcendence amidst the impermanence and sorrow of life. 

Cats are said to have nine lives, enduring countless trials and tribulations, continually practicing in the boundless journey of life, seeking balance between the steadfastness and gentleness of femininity.
